BARE ROOT: roots will be packaged w/ water crystals, moist paper towels & sealed inside a baggie.

GROW BAG w/ SOIL: Palm will come with soil. This method greatly reduces stress during shipping.

Your palm will arrive with one main palm frond & a new frond just starting to poke out (see pics). They are pruned during packaging to lessen the stress suffered during shipping.
