Your palm will be shipped "bare root". This means that no soil will accompany your order. Palm roots are wrapped in moist paper towels and placed inside a baggy. Due to the nature of palms, minor pruning may be conducted prior to packaging to promote good health & to stimulate growth. Most orders are shipped within 1 business day of ordering.
